The Big Life Journal - Daily Edition is a science-based journal that helps children grow resilient, confident, and emotionally healthy.

The daily activities inside the journal help your child focus on encouraging, self-loving thoughts and wire their brain for a growth mindset, resilience, confidence, gratitude, kindness, and self-love.

“Every child is going to savor this amazing journal that helps them unleash their inner world and express their feelings in a creative way!”

- Dr. Shefali Tsabary, a clinical psychologist and best-selling author

"This journal is fun for kids, but more than that, it can help foster a positive mindset to give them the power to change their brains, minds, and lives. It’s my new go-to present for kids!"

- Dr. Tina Bryson, co-author of The Whole-Brain Child

The Daily Edition Journal comes in GREEN or original TEAL

NOTE:  Although the teal and green editions of the journal share much of the same content, there are subtle differences between the teal and green versions.  If you have multiple children and want them to have identical journals, please be sure to order the same color journal for each child.

Great conversation starter and confidence boost

My 7yo loves reading and writing and she and I do her journal before bed. It gives her time to reflect and talk about what’s on her mind. I love the bonding time with her. It has helpful writing prompts for tough feelings that she can reference later on. I love this format for kids!

Moments for reflection

My kids are 7 and 9 and they both love these journals. It gives them time to reflect on their day while also thinking about their loves and likes and what makes them unique. It's a very special book for them.

My 8yr old absolutely loves his book

My 8yr old absolutely loves his book and delights in writing in it each night. I feel like it will help him get some perspective on his daily activities. He tends to over think and gets anxious so I wanted something to help him with his thoughts. This book is so good.

Excellent!

Our seven-year-old adores it. Mainly it’s been a good outlet for when she’s overwhelmed with emotions and anxiety; she can’t wait to go vent into it. It’s a good outlet for her, and the quality is excellent.

Great for teaching SEL!

I bought both the Big Life Journal and the Daily Life Journal to teach a SEL (Social Emotional Learning)/Writing unit to my students after the pandemic. I used this graphic to first discuss with students what coping strategies they have used and then to put those ideas into a three-paragraph essay plan. It worked with my (then) 4th and 5th graders, even the ones who struggled with writing.
