        Activities

        1. Turn to Chapter 1: Believe in Yourself in the Big Life Journal Second Edition. In this chapter, children will practice believing in themselves.

        2. Download the list of 50 positive phrases to affirm your kids (in the Growth Mindset Printable Kit). Print it out and hang it somewhere where you will see it often.

        3. Draw affirmations on the mirror. Help your children use sticky notes or washable markers to place or draw affirmations on the mirror. This way, when they look in the mirror, they will see more than their physical appearance.

        4. Boost self-confidence with other fun and meaningful activities — take a look at our Challenges Kit, which includes our popular Self-Love Challenge.

        5. Use the Positive Affirmations poster designed to cultivate positive self-talk, improve self-esteem, and develop a growth mindset.

        6. Check out the Podcast Activity Kit for Seasons 1 & 2. The kit includes engaging activities to boost self-esteem, teach the importance of learning from mistakes, encourage resilience and more!
