This collection of thoughtful and grounding meditations is inspired by the chapters in our Big Life Journal (ages 18-99). It is a valuable tool for use on its own or as a companion to the journal in helping you grow and sustain a healthy and purposeful mindset.
It includes five key meditations:
Possibility Mindset Meditation: This meditation practice uses guided visualization to help you recognize the abilities and possibilities you have within you and around you.
Growth Mindset Meditation: This meditation practice uses deep relaxation to connect your thoughts, beliefs, and positive expectations about always being capable of learning, changing, and growing.
Gratitude Mindset Meditation: This meditation practice uses your body-mind connection to expand on and reinforce your feelings of joy and appreciation of self and surroundings.
Self-compassion Mindset Meditation: This meditation practice uses rhythmic breathing to reduce any feelings of self-judgment or criticism and center you in a state of acceptance and love.
Freedom Mindset Meditation:This mediation practice uses recollections to remind you how to view your circumstances and react to the conditions and people in your life are within your control.
