What ages is the content for?

How do I get access?

After you purchase, you’ll be sent an email asking you to set your password. The first time you log in, you'll be asked a few questions to personalize your user experience.

Can I use it on my mobile device?

Yes, GrowthMinded is accessible on Mobile, Desktop, and Tablet devices.

I don’t have a printer, can I still benefit from a membership?

Yes! We have many activities that are “print-free”, including our parent guides, scripts, videos, and specific activities. You can also access the community channel chats, live events, masterclasses, and more.

When does my free trial start?

Your risk-free trial starts immediately after purchase. Your authorized membership payment will be processed on the 8th day and recur until canceled; quarterly $97 and Yearly $297. 

How do I cancel my membership?

Go to your profile at the top, right corner of your GrowthMinded dashboard and select "Manage Subscription".

Are there restrictions on how many PDF resources or videos I can access per day or month?

During your free trial, you can download up to 3 resources per day. After your free trial ends, you'll have unlimited access to hundreds of resources.

I’m a busy parent. How flexible is this membership?

We understand that life is full! That’s why our monthly workshops have pre-recorded modules, so you can watch at your convenience. During the 7-day workshop period, there’s a live discussion board where you can participate when it works for you. Afterward, workshops are added to our Masterclass Library for access anytime. All live Q&A calls are recorded and available for replay, except for our Welcome Call and Coaches & Community Cafe, which are designed to be intimate, real-time conversations.

What live events are included in my membership?

We offer several key live events to help you connect with like-minded parents and expert coaches:

1. Welcome Call – A guided introduction to help you make the most of your membership.

2. Coaches & Community Cafe – A relaxed, interactive call where you can share wins, ask questions, and connect with coaches and other parents.

3. Monthly Q&A with an Expert – A live session where you can chat with an expert and other parents in real-time, gaining insights and practical strategies.

How can I connect with a certified parenting coach?

We provide three ways to connect with our expert coaches:

1. Direct Message – Send a private message for 1:1 guidance.

2. Live Calls – Join interactive Q&A and coaching & community calls.

3. Ask the Coaches Channel – Post your parenting questions inside our discussion board for expert advice and community support.

Please note: The subscription fee for GrowthMinded is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms, as well as the conditions outlined below.

1. Auto-Renewal: The GrowthMinded subscription is auto-renewable and recurring. By subscribing, you agree that your membership will automatically renew at the end of the selected billing cycle (either quarterly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date.

2. Non-Refundable Fee: The subscription fee is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, regardless of usage. This applies to both the initial payment and any subsequent renewals.

3. Reminder Email: You will receive an email reminder 3 days before your subscription is scheduled to renew. This email will contain a link to manage your subscription, including the option to cancel if you do not wish to continue.

4. Responsibility for Cancellation: To avoid further charges, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the scheduled renewal date. You can easily cancel by going to your profile in the top right corner of your GrowthMinded dashboard, selecting "Manage Subscription", and following the cancellation prompts. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to support@biglifejournal.com at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel, the cancellation will be immediate, and you should see a 'canceled' status on your dashboard.  No further payments will be charged after the current billing cycle ends. The cancellation will prevent any subsequent auto-renewals from occurring.

6. No Reversal of Fees: Please note that canceling your subscription will not reverse or refund any fees already charged. Any payments already processed are final. However, cancellation will prevent any future charges from being incurred.
