    Activities

    1. Take a look at our recommendations for the top 30 children’s books about resilience. Each of these books offer inspiring stories to empower your children when facing challenges.

     

    2. Print off our “You Can Learn Anything” poster to remind your child to keep trying and that they have the power to make themselves proud.

     

    3. Have your child write a letter to their future self, as suggested HERE, about the things they would like to accomplish and improve in the next year. Have them write the letter as if they had accomplished or improved in those areas, focusing on how they would feel and the steps it would have taken to get there.
